1000B – Receiver Name

This loop contains receiver information.  A receiver is the payer that is receiving the claims you are sending.  If you are sending directly to the insurance company, then you need specify the insurance company name in NM103 and Payer ID in NM109. If you are sending the claims via clearing house, then NM103 and NM109 contain the same value Clearing house ID. This ID will be given by the clearing house to the software vendor after sign up process.
